Gran Muralla Chino – Turre

The Gran Muralla Chinese Restaurant in Turre is a spacious and very clean restaurant. A warm Chinese welcome awaits all diners.     

From Mojacar you take the old road to Turre where the restaurant can be found on the left hand side of the road immediately that you enter Turre.

A wide range of starters and a significant choice of main meals are al reasonably priced on the menu, mostly Chinese dishes but a few English dishes to cater for people who don’t like Chinese food. Starters range from 2.25 Euros

to 3.50 and main courses start at 3.50 Euros for popular Chinese dishes to 9.50 for grilled sole and other fish dishes.
Six of us went for the Menu for 6 Persons. What a feast it was, Starting with prawn crackers, spring rolls, roast pekin     

duck with pancake. House Wine or mineral water is served with this menu and included in the price. The main courses were, beef chop suey, sizzling chicken, sweet & sour pork, chicken with almonds, roast pork with spicy sauce and beef with bamboo & Chinese mushrooms. The main dishes are served with fried rice. There was far too much for six people so if you go to this restaurant you will need a good appetite.
Ice cream is included in the price and so is tea or coffee. Gran Muralla is a great night out in pleasant surroundings.  

The set meal for six is priced at 8.50 Euros per head and is great value for money. There are various choices on the set meals menu, some are priced at 10 Euros per head but have a lot more fish courses.  

I can highly recommend the Gran Muralla in Turre. They do takeaways too.
